Treat your Mum this Mother's Day to a special breakfast served from 9.30am - 12pm to include a choice of a Full English breakfast or Smoked Salmon and Scrambled Eggs.
Afternoon Tea will be available from 12pm - 4pm. A selection of freshly made sandwiches, freshly baked miniature cakes, scones, desserts and treats, accompanied by a pot of our famous tea!

New things to expect at Butts Green Garden Centre in the next few weeks. New 'apta' pots, huge selection of perennials, spring flowering, ornamental and fruit trees, quality grown shrubs and lots more!!!
Gardening tip: Start applying a general fertiliser to trees, shrubs and perennials or mulch around the plants with a well rotted manure for better growing results this year.
Recipe of the month:
Curried parsnip soup
1 kg parsnips roughly chopped
1 med white onion finely chopped
1 tbsp medium curry powder
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 veg stock cube in 1 litre water
In a large sauce pan Sautée onion and add curry powder. Medium fry lightly until soft. Add chopped parsnip and cook for 10 mins stirring consistently. Add vegetable stock and sugar gently bring to the boil. Gently simmer for 30 mins until parsnips are soft. Season to taste.
You could always just join us for a bowl of our homemade soup. Served with a hunk of walnut bread only £4.95. Yummy!
